Wine means culture and tradition. The severus, fortis and ardens Falerno was the most celebrated and prized wine of the ancient world. It remembers flavours of the Ager Falernus, the geographical area, into the five municipalities of Mondragone, Falciano del Massico, Carinola, Sessa Aurunca and Cellole, celebrated by ancient and modern authors for the fertility of the soil and the mild climate.
