Harvest during the third decade of September. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine remained in the tank for about 6 months. Then the wine is bottled without filtration.

AROMA AND TASTE

Very fruity aroma, with hints of plum, cherries, raspberry and black currant and nuances of toasted wood. Taste dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with a presence of well-blended soft tannins.

PAIRING

Cured meats, first and second courses of land with great structure, rich in seasonings and with a marked flavor. Excellent with medium and long aged cheeses.

AGING

Refinement in bottle for 10 months.
